    Really enjoyed this class - more technical and difficult than the girls only boxing classes at buf and lean bean as you are boxing the whole time, (not in partners), you’re keeping up w men and it’s more hiit. Great for boxing beginners, some combos were hard to follow but david was really helpful. Would be very tough if new to exercise.
