    This class is a lot of fun with great energy! Any level can come although I would suggest beginner. If you’re an advanced dancer you might want more intense choreography. The moves were easy enough to follow and there was a warm sense of community in the room. I’ll definitely come back!

    Pilates Machines Class

    Great classical class with lots of stretching. Real ones who understand classical pilates - small, slow movements while utilizing core and stabilizing pelvis - will enjoy this class. If you want someone to yell at you while burning out your glutes (and probably using the wrong muscles), I’d try somewhere like solidcore or BodyRok.

    This level 2 class is fantastic. Be ready for some power, linking breath to movement and some balance moves. Definitely a push but totally accessible. Lisa is a great instructor too, great cues and flows.
