Easily one of the top 5 core classes I took in the studio. Incredible teacher with a great voice and music taste. Thank you for helping me with my alignment a few times which made a big difference for me during the class. I feel great and I will be back!!

Dalit is an amazing instructor. Love this class. Some girls continued to whisper/chat during class which was quite disruptive and really brought me out of my flow, only critique is that they ensure everyone remains quiet.

Absolutely loved the mat Pilates class with Sarah! Challenging but she gave great instruction and was upbeat the whole time through the beat. Can’t wait to come back.

My first Hot Pilates class and I loved it! Especially nice to get hot + sweaty when it’s -12c outside and frozen tundra vibes. I wish there was a bit more ab and core focus but I’m sure it changes each class. I’ll be back to find out ! 🔥

    SCULPT

Instructor had great energy and presence. I really liked his teaching style. Not a challenging class at all. About fifty minutes of deep stretching and core work, more than a sculpting/strength class. As a runner though I felt like the exercises and stretches were a great compliment to running.

    SCULPT

Angelica is an amazing teacher! She explained everything very thoroughly, gave clear options for modifications, has a calm, grounded voice, and structured a very well balanced class. This is definitely a challenging yet empowering class that’s NOT high intensity/bootcamp- like where the instructor is basically yelling at you. SO refreshing to do a strength class that leaves you refreshed and is not overwhelming.

Kelly and her team were super accommodating with this being my first time here but I get the sense they treat all students with that much care. She was super attentive throughout the class, checking our form and offering modifications, even checked in with me after class. The pace was quick but still easy to follow for my first hot yoga class. I was super nervous going in but it was such a good workout and I felt amazing after!

    hot deep stretch

Where do I begin?! I am so happy the studio moved this class up to a 6pm time slot so I could try it out!! This was truly life changing, I was drenched by the end and the aftermath was so healing it kind of felt to me like there was some somatic release happening?! I felt like this session was so healing for me and left with such mental clarity I loved it! I really enjoyed how Lee structured the session and explained things very well. She was able to guide you into much deeper stretches throughout and was just an excellent instructor over all with letting you know how to correct posture and giving modifications if needed or if you wanted to go into more challenging versions the option was there as well. I am super happy. My entire commute home my brain was just saying woooow the whole time. I usually try to take a class here once a month but it looks like I’m going to have to try to hit the deep stretch AND a sculpt or Pilates from now on. I also like how everything is included (mats, towels etc) and you truly enjoy because you don’t have to worry about sanitizing before and after (it’s done before and after). I feel as though they truly understand a busy nyc lifestyle and makes it such a smooth experience. Very clean studio, my only suggestion is that the actual doors in the bathroom need to have some sort of occupancy sign so others know that it’s in use. Even next to the curtained showers it would help. Also this time around there really wasn’t any hot water it was very cold which I feel like can be dangerous after the body has been in hot temps for prolonged periods of time. I know this isn’t really the studios fault I think it may have been due to the previous class ending 30 mins before this one did and it just needed time to reheat? Others commented the same thing with the other showers as well.

Jake was fantastic! Great energy, good buildup throughout class. I recommend having some yoga experience before this particular class style as we jumped into poses without much cuing to alignment. Which was totallyyy cool since most of the class seemed to know what was going on and we were doing strength exercises within the pose. I would definitely return to Heatwise!
