    Ben is incredible. very patient and attentive to form. Apperantly you start with 8 fundamental classes before you move to actually working out. so the classes are not that difficult, you mainly learn the technic. would definitely go back!

    Good work out and coaching. Just suggest some of the lesser experienced attendees are give tips to not drop kettlebells as they were bouncing around a bit. The gym is downstairs and a bit dark and wr but had everything needed.
