    Marisa’s Vinyasa class is great. She was kind and attentive to everyone in the class. Marisa gives clear instructions for poses that you can follow whether you are new to yoga or more experienced. The class was very calming while still being fun and challenging.     Trampoline was SO MUCH FUN. It was a great combination of what felt like traditional step aerobics, but on the trampoline, along with strength exercises using weights with lunges, squats and arm work. A great cardio/tone full body workout that will leave you very sweaty and perfectly sore the next day. Will be back to try more!

    This was a really fun, upbeat class that was also intense at times and a really great workout. We worked arms, legs, abs, and did a lot of cardio of course. You’ll definitely work up a sweat, especially because it was really hot in the room. It’d be great if A/C could be added. Otherwise, everything was provided, including towels, weights, and mats. Even though the previous location was a bit nicer and cooler, I still had a great time.
