If you are totally new to yoga or need a refresher class (which I didn’t even know I needed one but realized some poses I wasn’t doing correctly). Her ability to explain in intricate detail why we are doing a sequence of moves & what each part of the body it will help and why. (I never thought to ask WHY or WHAT am I doing besides it seems cool! )… I continued my yoga journey with reminders that everyone is different, move at different paces and it’s not just for women. Initially I begged my 17 yr old athlete to come to this class and Whitney E. did such a good job explaining balance, strength, recovery and all around self care for athletes and all!! It truly is so good mentally as well as physically. I will be finding Whitney E. whenever I can and the first thing my 17 year old son said is when can we go back? ;).
