She made sure to say hello to everyone in the room (many teachers do not do this!), brought a fresh air of positivity, fun and laughter into the room as she entered. She led the session with her powerful presence and leadership, guiding us with visualizations, inviting us to make sound, offering impeccably timed transitions, playing powerful and emotive music, invitation to make sound was just so impeccably timed. Loved her! I ended up having a transformative experience in the room, experiencing what loving me really means..
