see all reviewsI had my first stretch and sound bath class. I loved it! It was super relaxing, I was able to truly relax, and get some rest! I have been suffering from insomnia for weeks and working odd hours dont help. It was definitely worth the 1 hour of time well spent. I truly appreciate the time, patience, calmness, courtesy and kindness Mary had with me. A must do class if you enjoy sound baths, stretching, incense. It was such a great calming experience. I will for sure be coming back as often as possible. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience <3

My appointment started 30 min late there was no one at redemption to greet me when I walked in or get me started. I feel like the staff should’ve been way more apologetic for starting my appointment 30 minutes late then they were. The Dana was also not turned on when I go there and took almost half my session to reach its peak temperature. I’ve had way better experience. Is there places in LA I would probably not go back.

Contrary to what the lady at the front desk thinks, this information is not disclosed anywhere on the Class Pass app or in the confirmation email. The sauna itself was fine, clean, but no colored light therapy inside. Just a small white light bulb for reading, like on an airplane. There’s bluetooth but my phone wasn’t able to connect or find the network. I liked the space itself, it had a calming peaceful vibe. Wish they would incorporate more of that “healing energy” spirit into the Sauna room/experience.

Couple little things that I’d mention: there is no shower (which was not advertised but still worth mentioning) so plan it well to be able to go home after. Also I had to ask to restart the timer. They set it up the moment I’ve entered the room, so but the moment I got inside was 10 min less. Other then that the blanket does what it promotes:) it does make you sweat a lot!
