It’s the perfect mix of being able to talk to a teacher in class where you feel like you could actually just raise your hand and ask a question or if you have an issue, you can waive her over and she’ll talk to you, but yet she still has command over the room and it’s not so much talking that the room loses focus. Every single class I learn something new.

I wasn’t expecting to feel substantial results and so quickly, but the salt room really cleared my sinuses and I was breathing easier after only a 10 minute session. The salt room was very cozy with southing music, low lights, and pillows. I’ll be back!
