She does a lot of repetition to make sure everyone has the choreo down, which is so helpful for a slower learner like me, yet the choreo also still has a good amount of challenge! Be prepared to sweat though- the studio gets hot pretty easily and often relies on fan power rather than AC power. I’d bring a good half gallon of chilled water and light clothes to class.

Because it was so unique, eyes were required to be closed the whole time, it was low to the ground, we were not permitted to stand up, these things should perhaps be listed on ClassPass ahead of time. I was expecting more of an ecstatic dance experience with freedom of movement but much more low key. This was not that but I can see it still being a helpful component to others healing and movement journeys! I wish the creator the best with this class!
