So fun! I felt welcomed and at ease in class, Essenssya was friendly and patient, repeating movements to make sure everyone could follow the choreography. Bring knee pads if you have them. Walked out with bruised knees but WORTH IT!

    Dana Wilson - Jazz Plus

First time ever taking a jazz class and I loved it! Dana is really nice and funny too. Her class is well-paced and it did challenge me as a beginner but I loved it and every dancer in the class was very supportive. I will definitely be returning!

    DanceOut Sculpt

Four reps per side is not enough reps per leg before switching to other leg, it takes one or two reps just to get into correct formation. Eight reps per side would be a better amount of time to get into the right position and actually do the move a few times before switching sides.
