Great studio and instructor. It's definitely a happy place to work out. He used to walk around and wipe down equipment during class and hasn't been lately. They should start that again. Doing a push up on a bosu staring at someone else's sweat is pretty gross.

I hate cycling but this was a phenomenal experience and as top notch as it's gonna get. Erin was a SUPERSTAR. Kind from the moment a newbie like me walked in. Aaron's class is tough. Legit thought I was about to pass out at one point. He has you doing push-ups and burpees between bag combos. I was in the front bag row and I was able to see but I would have been screwed at any other row. The facility is very clean. There is a lot of bike parking out front. I wouldn't recommend biking though if you're going to this guys class. I was struggling on my ride home.

I really like Morgans class best! I like GRIT and their studio, staff and format and I like that the classes are to the beat and have a lot of choreography to keep me distracted.. Morgan is my favorite because some instructors get into the super super fast tempo for the majority of the class. Super fast is fun... but I appreciate that Morgan mixes in some hill climbs and other elements into her workouts.. I feel like theres more variety and Im using different muscles (and I like her long weight lift songs!). The studio is great overall, but after a few months, I had to give a shout-out to Morgan!

    Full Body (60 Minutes)

This was the best Barry's class I've been to. I REALLY liked the format of eight-minute treadmill intervals, each consisting of two-minute runs spaced out by recovery walks. That felt much more reasonable and attainable than the classes that involve 21-minute treadmill intervals, where it's so long that you just know it's impossible and don't try as hard. Also Allie's floor work was easy to understand and she gave the most individual attention I've had at Barry's - including pushing me to hit my fastest sprint pace (three times)!

Really really like Rebecca as a trainer! It was one of the hardest (in a good way) classes Ive taken in a while! Loved it! She pushes you without making you feel uncomfortable especially for a non-athlete like myself. Will keep my eye out for more classes that she teaches

    TRX/HIIT

This is a fantastic TRX class. Jessica does a series of five exercises five times through on the TRX and then she moves to the floor and does Matt TRX exercises. This class kicks butt! It is very hard. There is parking in the back as well as lots of metered parking around. It is a brand new studio and they offer all of the usual amenities.

Great variety of exercises. Seems like it would make more sense for her to have us warm up then stretch/move while she explains all (22!) exercises, rather than the other way around. It was a lot of waiting at the beginning. Katy is enthusiastic and encouraging!

Debi was great! I used to be nervous to take her class bc they were always so hard. But she was great at demonstrating a lot of the poses, encouraging the class, helping with form, and f giving great countdowns. I was definitely drenched in sweat and got a great work out!

Absolutely loved this!! Sydney was very welcoming and kept the energy up the entire time.Fast transitions, but I’m sure once I learn more of the moves I will be able to move more seamlessly. She offered a couple of great corrections during class. Will definitely return.
