Instructor: amazing, challenging and great music. Would love for her to give more feedback and correction to people that are in rows 3-5! Parking: I was there 15 min before class and parking was full. He directed me to another lot that was also full, and getting parking took a lot of time. I wish parking was more organized by the parking staff.

I was a little worried after reading the reviews about flowing without guidance but I was pleasantly surprised. The instructor provides guidance for the first few times you do a specific flow and then gives you a few minutes to run through it a few times on your own. I’ve never gone to a yoga class structured like this but I thought it was really nice.

Aaron's class is tough. Legit thought I was about to pass out at one point. He has you doing push-ups and burpees between bag combos. I was in the front bag row and I was able to see but I would have been screwed at any other row. The facility is very clean. There is a lot of bike parking out front. I wouldn't recommend biking though if you're going to this guys class. I was struggling on my ride home.

I really like Morgans class best! I like GRIT and their studio, staff and format and I like that the classes are to the beat and have a lot of choreography to keep me distracted.. Morgan is my favorite because some instructors get into the super super fast tempo for the majority of the class. Super fast is fun... but I appreciate that Morgan mixes in some hill climbs and other elements into her workouts.. I feel like theres more variety and Im using different muscles (and I like her long weight lift songs!). The studio is great overall, but after a few months, I had to give a shout-out to Morgan!

This was a surprisingly fun class (theme: Soul Sunday) considering how different it was from most rhythmic or performance-based cycle classes in LA! Alexiss class is much more free-form and simple than your typical complex or choreographed rides, but it still kicked my butt while being fun. I never thought I would like to ride to soul music, but it was actually pretty awesome. Alexis is so positive that it affected the whole mood of the class and was impossible not to smile and have fun.

Really great class. Its taken me a while to warm to Chris direct personality, but he really is such a fantastic teacher. So great about modifications for different levels, terrific cues and demonstrations, so much attention to individual form, super high energy which is difficult to do when you give classes back to back day after day, and a really thoughtful workout! This was the best Barry's class I've been to. I REALLY liked the format of eight-minute treadmill intervals, each consisting of two-minute runs spaced out by recovery walks. That felt much more reasonable and attainable than the classes that involve 21-minute treadmill intervals, where it's so long that you just know it's impossible and don't try as hard. Also Allie's floor work was easy to understand and she gave the most individual attention I've had at Barry's - including pushing me to hit my fastest sprint pace (three times)!

Really lovely instructor. For people new to this studio, I will say that their classes are all pretty easy if you are used to regular vinyasa flow classes. I enjoy the slower more intentional pace, but it may not be the sweat-dripping yoga you're looking for. Also, they do a bunch of weird wrist flips in all of their classes. Fun class, a lot of nice people, varying circuit exercises. It was definitely challenging, dont get me wrong. But the teacher kept asking me if I was scared. The instructions at the beginning take almost 10 mins then you have a warm up, so youre basically only doing like 30 mins of real hard work. If it was a full hour then yes I would be scared.

Janet brings the fire!!! OMG it was so hard but so exhilarating. This is everything that I want in a workout class. I liked how we started off learning all the punches and defense moves. The legs and abs part was fun and her music is sooooo good! I already cant wait to come back. She makes me want to push myself further when I feel like dying lol. Loved it.

Debi was great! I used to be nervous to take her class bc they were always so hard. But she was great at demonstrating a lot of the poses, encouraging the class, helping with form, and f giving great countdowns. I was definitely drenched in sweat and got a great work out!
