Great studio and instructor. It's definitely a happy place to work out. He used to walk around and wipe down equipment during class and hasn't been lately. They should start that again. Doing a push up on a bosu staring at someone else's sweat is pretty gross.

I hate cycling but this was a phenomenal experience and as top notch as it's gonna get. Erin was a SUPERSTAR. Kind from the moment a newbie like me walked in. Helped me every step of the way with form and resistance adjustments. Amazing dark room with BANGING music. Cycling just isn't my thing but this place was a 10/10. Such a hard workout!!!!

Always greatful to Glen for a tough Total Body work out and helping to rehab my knee. He really understands technique and how each exercise works what muscles. Despite a full class with many reformers, Glen takes his classes seriously and monitors form. And his music is different, fantastic and motivating each time! Glen is among my favorites. But if you are wanting an easy class and very gentle positive reinforcement, this isnt it. Think boot camp but your returns will be high if you persist . Thanks Glen!

Aaron's class is tough. Legit thought I was about to pass out at one point. He has you doing push-ups and burpees between bag combos. I was in the front bag row and I was able to see but I would have been screwed at any other row. The facility is very clean. There is a lot of bike parking out front. I wouldn't recommend biking though if you're going to this guys class. I was struggling on my ride home.

I am generally not the biggest fan of spinning though I do occasionally find a studio or instructor that gives me a glimpse into what everyone else is so jazzed about and I guess this is one of those for me. Chris was so friendly and had great energy- lead an invigorating class. The studio is clean and chic. Cassidy at the front desk was also very welcoming.

I really like Morgans class best! I like GRIT and their studio, staff and format and I like that the classes are to the beat and have a lot of choreography to keep me distracted.. Morgan is my favorite because some instructors get into the super super fast tempo for the majority of the class. Super fast is fun... but I appreciate that Morgan mixes in some hill climbs and other elements into her workouts.. I feel like theres more variety and Im using different muscles (and I like her long weight lift songs!). The studio is great overall, but after a few months, I had to give a shout-out to Morgan!

This was the best Barry's class I've been to. I REALLY liked the format of eight-minute treadmill intervals, each consisting of two-minute runs spaced out by recovery walks. That felt much more reasonable and attainable than the classes that involve 21-minute treadmill intervals, where it's so long that you just know it's impossible and don't try as hard. Also Allie's floor work was easy to understand and she gave the most individual attention I've had at Barry's - including pushing me to hit my fastest sprint pace (three times)!
