    Brooke was amazing, as always! Tough flow and incredible music. What a class!! Though I do have to note... I spent most of class distracted by another attendee who wouldn’t follow any of the flow, spent the intro savasana doing intense cardio, and left ten min early from class. Sweat usually has great cadence when dealing with things like this (their rules are posted on the wall) but in this instance, it was odd to spend a class watching another attendee ignore the group entirely.

    Great instructor! I haven’t worked out in a really long time and I am still sore 4 days later so this class really gives you a good workout! The headphones I had were staticy so it was a bit hard to hear the instructor who had to talk to the group on the treadmill and benches at the same time. Overall so glad I went and everyone was so nice, especially the teacher, but I’m more of an S-Factor gal and craved darkness and sensual movement. It’s great if you’re in the mood for more of the workout then the movement. At the end of class there’s free dance which was fun. Room is not warm which wasn’t ideal but 5 stars because it’s a pole class at Crunch and it’s what you’d expect. Also 5 stars for amazing, spinning, 45mm X-Poles and lovely teacher.

    It was my very first time doing pilates on a reformer, so I was intimidated going in at first. But Talin was welcoming, friendly and encouraging- my fear was gone soon enough. Its a very small intimate class of 4 people, and I appreciated the frequent and attentive feedback from Talin. Enjoyed the class very much!

    It’s a good workout if you have some weightlifting experience. There were three circuits that we repeated twice, each exercise was 16 reps. It was a very chest heavy day which I found personally challenging but a good workout!
