Sometimes I feel the classes are TOO challenging and it demotivates me. Today was the first time I’ve been able to make it all the way through without holding back on the runs, a really good confidence boosting class that was still challenging but not insane. Would recommend for beginners 💪🏻💪🏻

The only thing I would say was that there are so many people and doing two things at once the instructor can’t correct your form or anything, but I thought it would be chaotic but it wasn’t at all. The 45 min length is one of the reasons I go to Digme as it’s the perfect length of time. I also love that they already put out blocks and sweat towels for you and you don’t have to clean your own mat at the end, which all saves so much time :)

Classes are small which means each exercise can be tailored and Mike can support with form etc. It’s a difficult class but I would definitely recommend it.
