see all reviewsJon’s class is my favourite of the week! I love that the vinyasa changes monthly so that it stays challenging. The class is always dynamic and really works every part of my body, I’ve noticed more of a change in my strength from this class than any other! Highly recommend and it’s a lovely welcoming studio ❤️

see all reviewsInstructor and as different to the usual, but I really enjoyed. He was funny and warm and created a really calm environment. The instructions were verbal, which I found a bit tricky as a bit of a novice. But I really enjoyed and would come again

Gymbox is also vibey too - friendly reception staff and my first time in a gym with music that makes me not need to bring my headphones??

see all reviewsClass was intimate (only 3 of us) and the instructor gave tailored coaching tips that were helpful! There aren't any changing rooms or showers and only two loos. The front door opens directly into the studio where classes take place, then you walk up the stairs to take off shoes and store belonging in the cubbies and lockers provided. The set-up is a bit odd, but once you get used to it, it's okay! The cardio class was not too difficult, definitely okay for beginners, for the cardio element was mainly jumping on the reformer with light resistance.

see all reviewsYou get what you pay for, it’s a very small gym with a bit of everything. Ended up just doing cardio because the weight section was quite limited. My bad though, I didn’t know this belong to the kings college and is catered for students- which makes total sense giving they charge less than half the credits other gyms are charging on classpass

see all reviewsSituated in the Energy Fitness Borough gym, the Mat Pilates class taught by Aryan was a good combination of Pilates moves, with stretch and core strength building. There was a lot of 1-2-1 attention to ensure the stance was correct so the right muscles were switched on. Overall it was a good body toning and workout session.

see all reviewsThe instructor was very good, I was scared to try this for the first time but have to say it was a great experience. I definitely would say it’s an adjustment for the body but the room is very nice and organized. The class is focused on being mind body and soul connected and naturally the asanas are not strenuous and not the same as a regular class.
