see all reviewsLee is great. The best instructor I know. I'm lucky enough to have attended a fair number of classes with him over the last couple of years. It was a well sructured interval typed class at 87 RPM and going through the various zones and Lee building us up to the 5 minute FTP test at the end of the class. Very effective all round session coming away dripping wet. I learned a lot and know what to expect on those bikes for the next FTP test as it didn't go to plan for me but that's ok. Lee gave me some feedback to work on so it was great. Highly recommend you attend Lee's classes.
