The heat helps you push just a bit harder into poses. The front desk and the instructor were both very friendly and the facilities are very nice.

see all reviewsHonest to god this class is UNREAL. I love yoga, hot yoga, strength training and Pilates. This class marries them together in a deep, JUICY workout. Obsessed. 10/10. Would suggest getting heavier weights for those who like to lift just a little heavier, such as ~5kg dumbbells or even ~10kg for some of the men?

see all reviewsAt first I thought the room was too hot but in fact it was perfect. Class had a great flow to it, not too difficult but not too easy. Great clear teacher. Lots of reminders to breath which I find I need. Will do again. Ps- the mats are rather slippy so bring a towel to help with grip

see all reviewsLovely, attentive instructor 💞 Solomon was amazing! He helped with technique, form and corrections. As intermediate level I found the class perfectly challenging but I'm confident Solomon would be more than happy to help any level, I'd just make sure to give the instructor a friendly heads up/intro on your level. As a class passer it can be a little scary joining a class where everyone knows each other but the community was really welcoming!
