    Small Group / Pilates Reformer (Level 1.5)

    Jenna was easy to follow, great at helping adapt poses as needed, and gave a great workout. Was my 4th time ever doing reformer pilates and I typically find it confusing to follow and difficult but Jenna made it accessible. And again im sore today which is a good sign!

    It was a very good, challenging class. My only complaint is that the instructor could definitely be a little more encouraging. There were a lot of instructions but not a ton of positivity haha. And with how difficult the class is, definitely could’ve used some love. Great workout overall though.

    Technical Boxing

    As a first-timer, this was a really great boxing class. Definitely good for all levels because it focuses on technique, and I could tell there were more advanced people in the class that were getting as much out of it as I was. Will was friendly and made me feel comfortable as a newbie. I prefer this to other "boxing" classes that are more for fitness rather than actually learning the technique. Still a great workout but also worked my mental fitness!
