    FLOW

Kirra never ceases to amaze me. Every class always pushes me physically while embracing a mindfulness practice that gives me insight into my own life. I leave every class she teaches with something to think about, and a positive lesson to implement into my day to day experiences.

    Fierce Grace

I’ve never done a 90 min hot yoga class before but I wanted to try and I’m glad I tried it here. The heat is distributed evenly and the room is really nice. Wish people would space out their mats so more people could also be comfortable. Instructor was really great and encouraging and also offered corrections. Will definitely be back.

    Slow Burn Vinyasa Yoga

Nothing does me as good as a hot yoga class. The heat and the inner peace I find in these classes is seriously amazing. I feel blessed, renewed, and happy anytime I get out of class. This studio is much cleaner and nicer than soho with great showers. I recommend always.

    SKY TING Yoga

5 stars for the space, smiles and free mats. Lots of emphasis on alignment which is great. However, the flow was so gentle that this should be labeled a beginner class. I wish Sky Ting had some actual vinyasa classes.

Jess is the best instructor! Her classes are relaxing and flow smoothly. You can feel yourself get better and stronger during the class. She never makes you do more than like three pushups or crunches which is an additional bonus :)

B+F is the absolute best. Unpretentious and a stellar workout that really drives results. All of the instructors are truly great, I've never had a poor class. I often take Kate's class because she tends to be on the more challenging side. Don't slack in her class, she will push you! (Rightfully so)

    POWER in 45!

Great cueing to help you engage and do the movements correctly. room was not as hot as I would have liked, and did detract from my heart rate rising. could just be the first day of winter, and that the room wasn't heated as well.

    Katonah Restorative

This is not your typical restorative class, but still a wonderful restorative practice. It’s more active in parts, and more sensation in the poses even though you’re using props to support you. Very hands-on with intense adjustments and assists in every pose. Although it felt intense at times during the class, I was feeling amazing within an hour. Go with an open mind and you’ll leave with an open heart.

    Kundalini Yoga and Meditation

I wish I could rate this class 10 stars if possible. It’s a Kundalini class: so don’t expect a normal yoga class/exercise. Google kundalini yoga if you don’t know what it is: you use breath of fire, positions held in a long time or done over and over again with a mantra— moving stagnant energy. Don’t take this class if you expect it to be a normal yoga class, that’s like booking a spinning class and not knowing you’re on a bike. Highly recommend, Siri is so giving of her time and energy!

That "cactus" and the sternal decompression felt AMAZING!!!!!!! I left class thinking I'd had a great class. However, I went to dance class later that night, and my body felt so sinewy. I have a difficult time when I have to do rotational movements with my left hip, but not tonight. Even my dance instructor noticed the difference and mentioned it after class. Wow!!! This class is a MUST! Thank you!!!!!!!!!

Love this studio and the founder/teacher. Really great slow flow class in a normal temperature room with focus on proper alignment, clear cues, and helpful and sensitive adjustments. Appreciated that the studio has a good stock of props and no mat rental fees. Just loved the energy here. I’ll be back.
