I find the Crunch studio incredibly cold for its yoga classes. To the point of being uncomfortable. I really wish they would turn off the air & fans for the yoga classes.

see all reviewsJimmy is great! He breaks down each step clearly and teaches at a good pace. This is definitely a great class for beginners as I had very little experience in salsa. By the end of the class I was able to pickup the fundamental moves of the dance. The class was quite small with only 3 other students but I didnt mind as it felt more personal. The facilities are very clean and the staff is friendly. My only bit is that Jimmy has a slight accent so it was tough initially to understand his explanations.

see all reviewsThis class is really a treat! Evita is very clear with verbal cues and her movements. She's encouraging, calming, and super nice. I'm no ballerina, and the no-impact slow movements got my heart rate up. I especially loved the arm/carriage exercise at the end. That section was only five minutes but my shoulders felt the burn. Looking forward to another class!
