She’s on top of correcting your positions and telling you what you should be feeling (I’m a total newbie). She’s just the right amount of encouraging and pep. The space is clean and has just enough machines for you to feel comfortable with the supervision provided and mirrors so you can check your posture. Grip socks and other things are available if you need them. I didn’t use the restroom or shower but the lockers and room were decent.
