see all reviewsStephanie really is the best. I’m such a newbie but she really guided support throughout the entire workout and made sure to check on me. Everyone in class was so supportive and went out of their way to let me know that they were there if I had any questions, so it seems like a great encouraging group of folks to work out with! I definitely wanna come back.

see all reviewsBest yoga class I’ve ever taken! Niah was so welcoming and funny. She provided so many modifications and made it feel like a safe space for all levels (I’m a beginner). The music was so good and the facility was clean and honestly just COOL to be in (ornate ceilings, vintage mirrors). I will be back!

see all reviewsProbably one of my favorite ballet classes that I’ve taken in the city! It may be too difficult for folks who are super new to ballet, but I think it’s great for dancers or folks who have some past dance training. The instructor was super kind and informative too. I’ll definitely be back.

see all reviewsIncredible class, the instructor was super friendly and fun and I felt right at home at this studio! I honestly had more fun in this heels class than I maybe ever have in a dance studio before, it was THAT good! I will say that this is not an appropriate class level for a beginner though, which wasn’t a problem for me, but is something to keep in mind if you’re a novice dancer!

see all reviewsI really enjoyed Jack’s class! It had a great mixture of both stretching and focusing on hard abs. I think this is something that makes this class different than any other as we tend to forget to work and stretch our smaller muscles. I would definitely go back for another class and would recommend!

see all reviewsEveryone was so nice and welcoming! It felt so satisfying learning some of the moves. This class is more so an intro to a long term commitment of learning rather than a one time class so keep that in mind. Regardless it was really cool to learn about the history and some of the moves of this dance/martial arts!

Only critique was the family atmosphere isn't what I was really looking for. I think its great that it's an option but I found it a little distracting. Overall still would reccomend for others.
