    I love the class! The room is not too humid and hot but so it's not hard to breathe. The instructor is energetic and her voice is loud enough to hear through the music. It's best to do a quick warm up before the class so you won't have cramps.

    The class was very intense so if you're not a cardio person, I don't recommend this class. However, you can always do it at your pace and the instructors were very nice and attentive. They and my teammates encouraged and hyped me up during my workout so it was not a bad experience for me. I might come back again to try other classes.

    I love the friendliness of everyone working out at the place and also of the instructors. This form of exercise is best for anyone who has issues with their joints or has been through knee surgery or similar, etc. The bungee rope endure the weights of your body so there won't be much pressure on your joints, making it easier to workout.
