see all reviewsTiia is such a wonderful instructor! I felt welcomed from the get go. The class was set up lovely, with incense burning and some lavender oil given to aid relaxation. Each transition was explained so clearly and Tiia kindly moved our equipment closer to us when needed. The added bonus of a neck massage at the end was much needed for me too!
