75 Min. Tru Yin (All Levels)

Instructor was good, though it would be better if they could turn the fans on more often. I felt a little sick due to how hot it became. Might stick to regular Yin during the cold season, if Tru Yin will be this hot.

    Extreme Reform

April always has such tough challenging classes and will definitely give you that burn you’re looking for. When they say extreme they mean it! She teaches at a great pace and leads the class doing the workouts along side you. Has become one of my favourite teachers & classes very quickly, highly recommended

    Vibe Vinyasa

Vibe Yoga LV blends modern aesthetics with traditional yoga in its Henderson strip mall location at 1450 W. Horizon Ridge Parkway. The studio's dramatic red lighting and exposed brick interior create an energetic atmosphere that sets it apart from traditional yoga spaces, signaling its unique approach to practice. Operating with generous hours (8 AM-8 PM weekdays, 8 AM-1:30 PM weekends), the studio has cultivated a strong local following, evident in its consistently full classes. The signature vinyasa classes follow a distinctive pattern that reveals both the studio's strengths and limitations. Sessions begin and end thoughtfully, with centered breathing exercises and restorative cool-downs that honor traditional yoga principles. However, the middle portions often accelerate into rapid-fire flow sequences more reminiscent of boot camp than traditional yoga, offering limited time for pose adjustments or form refinement. This fusion approach makes Vibe Yoga an intriguing option for fitness enthusiasts transitioning into yoga, though it might not satisfy practitioners seeking a more traditional experience. Beyond the signature vinyasa classes, the studio offers a diverse schedule including hatha and restorative options, along with professional teacher training programs. The impeccably maintained space, knowledgeable staff, and competitive pricing packages demonstrate a commitment to professional service. The modern, boutique atmosphere, while distinctive, can present practical challenges – the nightclub-esque red lighting, for instance, might affect balance poses. For newcomers to yoga, Vibe offers solid exposure to mindfulness practices through their thoughtful class openings and closings. However, intermediate practitioners focusing on alignment might find the quick-paced middle sequences challenging. The studio effectively serves those seeking a high-energy, fitness-oriented approach to yoga, though students requiring extensive pose modifications or preferring slower-paced sessions might want to explore their gentler class options first. Vibe Yoga LV successfully carves out its niche in Henderson's wellness landscape by offering a modern, high-energy take on vinyasa that integrates elements of both traditional yoga and contemporary fitness. While this hybrid approach might not appeal to purists, it creates an engaging entry point for those looking to incorporate mindfulness into their fitness routine. First-time visitors would do well to sample various class types, as teaching styles and intensity levels vary significantly across the schedule. The studio's growing community and full classes suggest they've found a formula that resonates with many local practitioners, even if it represents a departure from more traditional yoga experiences.

    Hot Power Hour

The instructor was really welcoming and friendly and had a rad playlist. This studio however is not very traveler friendly - $8 for a towel and mat rental and low quality. Since I’m not a Vegas local I likely wouldn’t come back

Enjoyed the class very much! It’s slower paced so extremely beginner friendly for those who want to perfect their poses but still challenging enough for seasoned practitioners.

    BARRE VIBES

Very good class - I like the 30 minute timeframe it's just enough for you to break a sweat but not too long. It was definitely challenging and you really feel the burn in your legs and glutes! The vibration plate is interesting. If you stand on it with just a soft bend in your knees it's a little easier on you. Love the concept and the instructor was great. I would definitely take this class again

Restorative Relax Deeply - All Levels

I had such a wonderful experience at this yoga studio! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made me feel right at home. The studio itself is beautiful, clean, and has a calming energy that’s perfect for a yoga practice. Angela, the yin teacher, is hands down the best in town! I follow her all over the city just to take her classes, and this might be one of my favorite studios I’ve ever taken her class at. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful yoga experience!"
