Great place, might go back. there are a lot of burpees. ClassPass does not have the class descriptions correct, Fridays are for Sparring, although they were still very welcoming to us as beginners, set aside from the sparring, and gave us a beginners course. They mentioned that Mon/Wed is better for beginners, but that we are always welcome to whichever class we can attend. There was no reception or welcome desk, and they had not heard of or understood what ClassPass was. I walked around until I found someone who looked like they worked there and explained that we were there for the class. The downside is that any mistake you make results in 10-20 burpees. The class started with 3min straight of jump rope, which leaves plenty of time to make mistakes...I understand the training purposes of it to make you conscious of not making mistakes, but man that would be a lot of burpees by the end of a 1 hour class for someone who's newer.

Had a lot of fun! I did not know I was supposed to have a mouth guard . Instructors and classmates were extremely helpful and friendly. Probably not the best class for beginners. They had not heard of ClassPass and there was a lot of confusion. Overall will likely come back
