Not exactly for beginners since instructor doesn't go through how to throw punches & kicks correctly. He's a pusher for sure when it comes to working out and sweating. Good overall!

It was fast paced, comfortable, accommodating and everyone there showed up to work!Eddie was incredible and I would highly recommend for most people to give it a try.
