see all reviewsGreat intro class! I felt bad as when I checked in the owner frustratedly stated they do not accept class pass, and in the same breath said he would let me join for today only. I was very grateful and then realized I had overlooked other reviews indicating as much. Would recommend this gym & intro BJJ class for sure. It was one of the most impactful workouts I have had in a while. I often practice yoga & inversions, skate, and walk/run though I was utterly not prepared for this style of fitness. HiiT combat would best describe it. Will return, though not via class pass. Hopefully CP can get it together and stop taking advantage of this small business!
