RHYTHM RIDE
see all reviewsTayler is hands down my favorite instructor at Redemption Fitness. I’ve found her class to be the most challenging out of all the instructors so far, and she incorporates a good balance of sprints and hills as well as low and high resistance workouts. She has a great playlist, and I appreciate that she stays on her bike and pushes through the tough sets along with the class.

see all reviewsStephanie had so much energy and positivity, and her energy was contagious throughout the workout! She really knew how to motivate the class to keep the momentum going. Out of all the cycling classes I’ve taken so far, her rhythm and choreography is by far my favorite. She thoroughly explains her choreo moves prior to the workout sets which I really appreciated. She also has an upbeat playlist and her workout was both challenging and intoxicating. I can’t wait to join another one of her classes! Highly recommend!

see all reviewsGreat class with an amazing instructor! Adam was fantastic and it was my first time trying Iyengar Yoga. He made sure to correct myself and others to ensure we were navigating each pose correctly to get the deepest stretch possible which I think is important, especially as a first timer in the class. There was a great community I was blessed to join. Will definitely be back!

see all reviewsAmazing workout and really good instructor. I found it incredibly difficult however I’m also at a more beginner level with my fitness journey. You definitely workout every muscle and will break a sweat with the heated room. I recommend having a long towel for your yoga mat - for me my hands and feet kept slipping so a long towel to go over your mat will help. Definitely bring water, hand towel, long towel for mat, and yoga mat. I recommend arriving 15 min early to grab a spot in any of the front rows. I was at the back and it was very hard sometimes to see what moves the instructor was doing. So if you can sit up front i think it would make a big difference

see all reviewsI think Liz is one of the best mat pilates instructors, from now on i will always look for her class. She builds up the moves in a way that’s easy to follow and understand. The workout was intense and challenging especially with the heat. Be prepared to sweat A LOT. This is such a great workout and Liz’s routine is perfect to tone and loose weight. The other pilates classes here (Tru hot Pilates) are too intense for me cuz they are bootcamp/cardio based - this mat pilates is the perfect alternative without the cardio but still very intense and focused on working your core and every muscle. I highly recommend this class and Liz!

Paradigm Yoga & Fitness Collective LLC.
1225 West Warm Springs Road, HendersonSafety guidelinesMorning Mindful Flow
see all reviewsIn the beige expanse of suburban Nevada, where strip malls stretch endlessly and culture often feels as sparse as rainfall, Paradigm Collective emerges as an unexpected sanctuary. The studio's exterior, flanked by ornamental grasses and a lone fire hydrant, barely hints at the transformation that awaits within. The morning's 45-minute Mindful Flow reveals the studio's true treasure: Jocelyn, whose balletic grace and sculpted form transform basic sequences into moving meditation. Her graceful figure demonstrates each pose with Instagram-worthy precision, while her sunny demeanor and technical mastery make challenging sequences, from warrior threes to half moon crunches, feel surprisingly accessible to the entire family. Like a desert bloom, her presence adds unexpected beauty to this desolate, even sad cultural wasteland. The space itself mirrors this duality. Beyond the suburban sprawl's mundane architecture lies a soaring, light-filled studio where floor-to-ceiling windows and hardwood floors create an atmosphere worthy of LA or NYC. The meticulously organized prop room loaded with bolsters, blocks and straps speaks to attention to detail rarely found in this zip code. What truly elevates the experience is the harmonious blend of Jocelyn's radiant energy and thoughtful touches throughout the class. Her elegant adjustments and encouraging cues build confidence, while finishing touches like cool towels during savasana feel luxuriously out of place in a town where the closest cultural offering is the local stake station casino buffet. The front desk's minimalist design and carefully curated retail section further the illusion of being transported far from the surrounding desert of chain restaurants and big box stores. Here, surrounded by exposed ductwork and designer lighting, one might momentarily forget the cultural void outside. For 45 minutes, Jocelyn's masterful instruction and stunning practice create an oasis of mindful movement and authentic wellness in a landscape otherwise dominated by quick-fix fitness and fast-food solutions. Paradigm Collective proves that with the right instructor and environment, transcendent yoga experiences can bloom even in the most unlikely locations.
