see all reviewsI always have a nice experience at Benefit Aesthetics. I usually see Lexi (provider #5) and get the wood therapy massage. I try to call prior to booking through Class Pass to confirm they have availability for a certain time. If I ever miss them on the phone, they usually call back as soon as they can. At start of the appointment, the room is always set up with a pair of disposable undies/top to wear during treatment, red light mat + other soft lamps turned on and calming music playing in the background. I love the way the wood massaging feels during the session and my body thanks me after as well. If there’s ever too much or not enough pressure with certain tools or in some areas, you’re encouraged to communicate that with them whenever needed. If it’s your first time, I’d recommend hydrating a good amount prior and wearing loose clothing as it’s nice to not have restricting material after. I usually finish with ten minutes or so on the vibration plate, some water and off to more hydrating and good foods I go! I love the consistency, care and conversation I have in my appointments here, would definitely recommend to frequent massage go-ers or first timers.
