Morning Flow with Megan Brown - In studio class

The teacher has a really nice manner and I really enjoyed the music. I especially LOVE a yoga teacher who starts on time (as this class did!). I found that the teacher often gave the instructions as we were supposed to be moving, which meant at times it was hard to follow

Staff, especially on reception were very helpful and friendly. Considering I was visiting from out of town, and unfamiliar with the location, they were very helpful. Good facilities, great selection of weights & machines, good wet facilities too. Would 100% recommend.

    Bike and Beats

This was a very intense class - not for beginners but it is the most calories I’ve ever burned in spin! Really good energy and the instructor took the time to go over the bike for me as it was my first time there. Important to note that they do not have cleats and you also have to take your own padlock (or buy from reception) for the lockers (this is made very clear on the description but I can see other people have complained they didn’t know). The gym itself is nice, at reception I was told to just go downstairs and it is quite a confusing layout so make sure to go there early to look around. The showers are nice but there was a bit of mould on the shelf which was a shame. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided along with towels (get from reception), but no face wash or other toiletries that other gyms provide. Plenty of space in the locker room.

The instructor was wonderful. Set a real relaxed vibe for the class where she offered lots of challenge should you wish but also made it clear you should take thing at your own pace, no pressure. Will return x

Arnaldo is super knowledgeable about Pilates and is there to help perfectioning your position so you get the most out of every movement. Some movements seemed simple but in the right position and with the repetition, you body will ache. Relaxing yet demanding class - recommended for beginners and all levels.

Really wonderful class, it was small so the instructor was able to give us special focus and help make sure we were doing poses correctly and safely. I felt very at peace and taken care of, it was a lovely yoga experience.

I took class while on vacation after a long flight. This was perfect. Lovely class. It was a little chaotic because the class before got out late and the teacher was scrambling to prepare the room and we started late. It’s fine for me but stressful for the instructor. I also teach and hate starting class ungrounded like that.

Good mix of build-up strength and stretching towards the end of the class. Some challenging poses are held for quite long, while Autumn provides detailed instructions, which I find very helpful to understand what to do.

    The Trip

We were planning to participate in a cycling exercise session. As it was our first time, we arrived a little late as we couldn't find the entrance. Although they were explaining politely, when we finally changed and headed to the class, we were told it had already started and we couldn't join anymore. This wasn't explained beforehand. However, the lady kindly explained and suggested alternative options. We ended up joining another exercise session, which turned out to be perfect in every aspect - the exercise, facilities, and location. We promise to arrive early next time. Many thanks to the kind staff. Thank you very much.
