I’ve taken a class with just about every instructor at this studio and found that they are all unique and amazing. You get 45minutes of pure joy, and you could never truly replicate the experience. That is special. Riding/teaching 2-3 classes a day, 4-5days a week is not easy, so (respectfully) be kind when leaving reviews that are intended to be hurtful, rather than constructive. If the class didn’t quite resonate with you, that’s okay, try a different instructor! Easy. This is a group experience, not an individualized class meant to be perfect for you. Enjoy it! This is a positive, judgment free zone…. Let’s keep it that way🚲

You can usually tell when instructors put in a lot of thought and effort into preparing for a class, and I didn’t sense that at all.

She even trained me before class started since it was my first class.!! I'm trying to rebuild my strength after a knee accident and surgery… All the lunges and core work were excellent and it felt so good… Yes, it was challenging which I was hoping for!! I will definitely be back!!

see all reviewsWow not gonna lie… but that was one of the most challenging Pilates class I’ve ever done! I normally take classes on an x-former which is similar practice to lagree but I feel like the megaformer is ever so slightly different in the best way. I could feel my muscles contract more since it’s easier to go slower. Now, the instructor is hands down one of the sweetest and cutest gals around. She’s such a great instructor, and taught a really great sweaty class! Highly recommend, however if you have trouble finding the place like myself, definitely ask some locals so you’re not late to class! Make sure you arrive at least 15 min early for parking etc. I will be back, anddd honestly might become a member!

She explained how the equipments works before hand and frequently check up on me during class to make sure I was doing it correctly and adjusting my posture and equipments for me. The class environment is very relaxed and welcoming. Higher recommend for anyone who is new to Pilate to try the class with Shawna!

Everyone was nice and seems like they have a great community. No showers but had a bathroom to change in. Bring your own towel or they have some to rent for the day. Bobby did a great job of engaging the whole class while simultaneously giving one on one instruction to the newbies.
