It’s a mixed level class meaning different attendees have different levels of Yoga skills which the instructor accommodated well . Advised to have at least some basic experience with yoga before attending this class. The instructors voice was a little soft at times which made it a little difficult to follow. She was also helpful with trying to ensure everyone was using the correct technique .

I understand the variety of teachings offered by different instructors but so far Sheriza gives out the best instructional moves that explain the right muscle groups, detailed corrective cues, & the Sanskrit facts behind every poses.
