I had a lovely session with Linda. it starts with a neck massage with a warm towel before the hair wash. She gave an awesome scalp massage. Linda constantly checked on me if I was ok. You can let her know how you like your scalp massage during the hair wash. The blow-drying finish was great! Even though Agnes (the manager) wasn't serving me, she is so friendly and welcoming. Will definitely visit again to try their hair treatments.

Phillip was so attentive and thorough with the whole process. He made sure our discussion was detailed and he gave his honest opinion on what’s best for my hair. He was also super sweet, gentle and professional. Made sure that my hair wasnt being pulled too hard etc. Nicholas washed my hair and was super friendly and gentle too, would occasionally ask if i was okay. Super amazing service 😊

Booked a haircut for the SS2 branch for 9.30am, showed up and was told that they don’t provide haircut services there although that was the only branch that was shown to be available. Was given a rescheduled appointment at KLGCC branch for 12pm. Communication wasn’t clear and extremely inconvenient to reschedule my day due to poor planning and advertising on their part.
