    Gentle Yoga (Beginner Level)

    Jeff was very attentive and structured the class according to everyone’s yoga experience. He was very patient in explaining the techniques and went one-by-one to correct everyone’s posture. However, in terms of the studio - there aren’t any mirrors (which makes it hard to see what you are doing and self-adjust), and the air con isn’t turned on during the session so it’s quite hot.
