see all reviewsI’m not gonna lie, I was a little nervous walking into my first appointment. I was greeted by Rashid and he is very good in answering my questions here and there. Then, I tried the EMS training for 20 minutes, it sounds so easy but it is in fact not. I can feel my blood was absolutely pumping. Recommended for someone that has no time to exercise as it is only 20mins. No hard sell. Basically giving out the idea for you to try how EMS training works.
