    Fantastic! I was in a bad mood before class, but after? Wonderful. Christian is a fun and encouraging instructor. Moves were hard but doable, easy to follow along. Class went by fast! Will return.

    I love lagree classes and I run regularly, so this is the best of both worlds for me. I get more strength training from the megaformer portion than Dash Strength @ MHRC. // FYI: Like Barry’s, the instructor coaches both tread + megaformer simultaneously, so they’ll be talking the whole time. I liked the distraction but I know some people won’t.
