    Advanced Beginner Cuban Salsa and Rueda - Level 1.5

    This is a beginner advance class. I like that they teach a lot of different moves although I felt most of the class were not following thru all of it. For this specific class I would’ve like more practice and less moves. They do have a social class and maybe they practice more in that one. Both teachers were great! They focus on everyone providing detail instructions. Definitely coming back and trying the social part

    A great cardio and strength class. Every 2 weeks you learn a new little dance choreography that is sure to get your heart rate up and leave you breathing heavily. There is also always an arm, leg/butt and ab strength section. This week we had resistant bands. Sarah has amazing energy!

    Love JJ’s energy! I really appreciated that he led the sculpt section the way he led the rest of the class — rather than telling the class to do that section on their own or with partners which usually leads to chaos & confusion. Would still rather see the sprint section just be mixed in with regular dances but otherwise can’t wait to take another class with JJ!
