see all reviewsGreat class. I really enjoyed it. We worked in pairs and went round the gym using the equipment, weights and also body weight. Each set of exercise worked a particular muscle group. Nice and varied workout and Peter ensured he was constantly going round the class to assist everyone. Super friendly instructor.

see all reviewsNow that was a work out! We did a bunch of different exercises twice each time for 30 secs (with 10 sec rest) and didn’t know what was coming next. A really mix of cardio, strength and abs. Great environment with new equipment and friendly people. Robin knows how to make you sweat!

see all reviewsClass was hard! I am very new to weights and circuit. I don’t really have the strength or energy at my age. But that’s why I went. To gradually build strength and energy. The trainer was attentive. The instructions were quick as (I think) I was the only beginner at this session. It’s definitely fast beginners. If I had never exercised before, I doubt if I could have got through it. 👍🏾👍🏾
