Definitely seems like a class to fully relax I did really like the sound bath at the end but I love yoga that allows you to connect your mind and body through continuous progressive movement and breath. I also prefer to practice in a warmer room, it doesn’t feel as good to stretch cold muscles. But overall lovely experience.
