Everything about the class was great. Full body workout with adaptations for all levels, all the staff were very welcoming as were a lot of the regular members. The instructors were clear, good fun and very professional. Also who knew that f45 is dog friendly?! 100% would go back.

My first time at F45 in London! Used to go F45 classes in NYC and I'm so glad that I have this studio near my place here. Great staffs and both coaches led the class with such a great energy!!! Will definitely be coming back regularly!
