    I really enjoyed this class and the instructor is great! This was my first rowing class, and I arrived a couple minutes late so I wasn’t sure if I was doing things correctly, but it was good cardio, and I can feel it in my back today. The space is really nice, and the locker rooms, though small (only two showers in women’s locker room), we’re nice!

    Valerie was SO great! I’ve been to the Row House in Chelsea a bunch and I find that the class quality really depends on the instructor, but Valerie was amazing! Welcoming, challenging, kind—I’ll definitely be back!

    Awesome class! Studio is beautiful and Happy to see that it is not just all rowing! Garrett is a true pro with a Princeton rowing background. I will be purchasing a 12 pack of classes directly throw him. Worth every penny

    Definitely the best and most challenging class I’ve taken at Row House. The other couple I’ve taken have left me feeling a little let down intensity-wise, but this was a great mix of tough intervals, weights, and focus on form. The instructor did a good job of going around the room and correcting form as well as encouraging people to push themselves. Encouraging and friendly!
