They are not as comfortable as others I’ve tried, and they are creaky which can take you out of the mind/body focus. The straps and ropes could also use some TLC.

Alexis the instructor came over to me before the class and explained things so I felt comfortable. And she was kind, motivational and a very good instructor all around. I got a fantastic workout. Also, the facility is really nice, clean and modern.
