Her classes are slower paced but challenging nonetheless, focusing on building a strong foundation and right technique. We always start with amazing grounding and nervous system regulation techniques using breath-work and movement. However I enter the class I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed, ready for the day ahead. She’s a kind and intuitive instructor with a joyful and contagious energy.
