She is super knowledgeable about the body and muscles, I learn something new about how to fix or heal a body part everytime I go to this class! It’s not your average Pilates class people, read the fine print before you complain that it didn’t have as much ab work as the other classes. Kaitlyn is a Fantastic instructor!! 🙌🏼

I prob need to take some more attention to figuring out which weight I’m at though; I think I overestimated my strength with stamina, as there are many reps and when I typically lift it’s to gain strength so I do heavier weights less times. This was a great challenge to provide a better all around fitness when working it in along with weight lifting. I’m ‘pumped’ to come again! Thank you! Also the front desk was super friendly and the facility was clean; though there were quite a few things that were in need of repair when looking around; including the steam room and the filtered water fountain, just a matter of time I’m sure. Parking was easy, too.

see all reviewsUnfortunately, my least favorite class I’ve taken with bounce class. It was way easier than all the other intro classes I’ve taken. I took my friend and she said she didn’t even sweat 🥲. The instructor seems really nice, but she didn’t follow the beats and seemed more focus on choreography than the workout. She kept giving us water breaks so I don’t think we ever bounced for 10 minutes straight. I still love bounce class though
