    Cycle - Cadence

I’ve been attending cycling classes for a while, and I have to say, Lindsay is absolutely killing it as an instructor! I’ve had the pleasure of seeing her journey from being a dedicated student in class to now leading with such passion and energy. She’s inspiring, motivating, and always knows how to push you to your best. Her classes are fun, challenging, and she brings a great vibe that makes you want to come back for more. I’m so proud to see her thrive in this role, and I can’t recommend her classes enough!

    KICKBOXING

It was my first time going to this gym. Manny was super friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed the variety of cardio and boxing. It was cool to go into the ring for some one on one practice. I’ll definitely go back!

    Kickboxing 45

I really liked the class with Marcus. Got some clarification on technics, and learned new ways. Most of the 45 min was dedicated to combos instead of other exercises, which was great. The stretch in the end was deep and sufficient, and not just done as a formality like in other kickboxing classes I’ve been to. People are welcoming and friendly. I recommend!

    Jus' Kickboxing

Great class and instructor! You essentially warm up for 5 min, 20min on the hanging/boxing bags, then switch to the floor/kicking bags for 20 mins, and a 5 min cool down. There were plenty of opportunities to catch your breath in between the sets, as she explained the next sequence. Would definitely return. However, make sure you arrive at least 10 min early. The parking structure, walking to the front desk, checking in with 24hr Fitness, going upstairs to the room, and getting your gloves/a run down of the place eats up a LOT of time. Gym parking is on the 2nd floor and above.

    Group Sessions

Great class with Ron. We started by learning some techniques for lateral movements with our punches, allowing us to attack while evading. Ron went around to correct our technique, and he helped me a couple of times since I was doing it incorrectly. It was really cool to get some personalized attention from the coach. Afterward, we did a lot of conditioning drills. I feel like the class is about 80% conditioning and 20% technique work. I appreciated this balance because my conditioning isn't quite there yet, and sometimes I risk injury after punching or hitting the bag too many times. I wasn’t too tired afterward—just the right amount. If you get too tired, you can also risk injury, so I felt it was a good level. The instructor pushes you, but not too much.

Coach was very active in correcting form. Class was fast paced but manageable. Might not be the best for someone first starting out but if you have a bit of experience you’ll enjoy it

Loved the ability to work at my own pace! The trainer was amazing!! He helped me work on my form and padwork skills. I liked that they add in weighted dumbbell and kettlebell exercises in addition to boxing drills.
