see all reviewsthe studio is located in a parking lot with plenty of spaces. it is on the second floor with an elevator. the studio was clean and tidy with yoga mats available. there were three of us students attending this weekday morning class. the teacher, steve, was very upbeat and friendly, and his instruction was clear and fun. it was a mixed level class with options to make it as challenging as the individual desires. there was a lot of encouragement to push boundaries but no judgment for when we did not want to pass a certain threshold. it was a great class!

see all reviewsThai is my absolute favorite class at S1L. Irene is such a great instructor. She really pumps you up and has so much energy. The class is so fun, the music is great. She plays new and old reggeton and some other genres like bachata , salsa, etc. you will never be disappointed in this class and you will wonder why you didn’t sign up sooner. Irene makes the steps simple to follow but still challenging and targets a full body workout. My Saturdays are always full of positive energy after class. Love this studio and the verity of classes.
