As their page read, I called before to confirm they had availability for the type of appointment I wanted to book and ask any questions - wood massage and body sculpting. They confirmed they did and I booked my time slot via classpass. Check-in was easy, forms were sent and completed via email prior. The room was prepped with disposable underwear/bra to wear + water was offered. As far as the experience and to keep my review not too lengthy, it was informative, tailored to my preferences and great conversation/service. The wood work + massage is a bit more intense than manual lymphatic drainage, but as long as you’re communicative with them, it can be less (or more) pressure if needed. I’m definitely feeling it today! To finish my service, I spent 10 minutes on the vibration plate. The facility was clean and secure (locked front door, door bell rung to enter). The design is a bit confusing as the ceilings are tall and you can hear sounds from adjacent rooms/the lobby, but there was relaxing music in my treatment room. Nadia was my treatment provider, I’ll definitely be back to see her again. (I’ll post my full review to Yelp)

Made me sign a bunch of medical related waivers at check in even though I came in for a facial. Facial was okay, technician did not speak English though, and was a little heavy handed. Music piped onto hallway but was not loud enough to drown out all the noise in the room... hissing steam machine, ticking timer, street traffic, and conversation in next room. I don't think I'll be back.
