Aerial Yoga Stretch & Sculpt
see all reviewsfun class! a lot tougher than expected, my shoulders were dying from the plank flows. i wish we had a little more time to play with inversions, thats always my favorite part of an aerial class. make sure they check the height of your silk before class, mine was too low and i didn’t know until i was inverted and my head was touching the floor. the studio itself is very open and aesthetic, and the playlist was excellent.

see all reviewsthe studio is located in a parking lot with plenty of spaces. it is on the second floor with an elevator. the studio was clean and tidy with yoga mats available. there were three of us students attending this weekday morning class. the teacher, steve, was very upbeat and friendly, and his instruction was clear and fun. it was a mixed level class with options to make it as challenging as the individual desires. there was a lot of encouragement to push boundaries but no judgment for when we did not want to pass a certain threshold. it was a great class!

The studio is a very clean and welcoming environment. Fawnia, the owner, led the class and I loved it. She took the time to challenge studio members while also walking new participants through the basics. Tip bring socks! I'm a class pass user and I was able to book the class with ease which I appreciate when traveling. 10/10 recommend, can't wait to come back. Thank you

She made sure to make us feel a part of the class and took time to explain what we were doing. I’ve never been to a new class where I felt so welcome and not like a newbie. You can tell this is something she enjoys doing. We were here with 2 children and she was so patient and took time to interact with them before we got started. They had so much fun! see all reviewsI went in knowing absolutely nothing about lyra, and left the class with my first combo. Everyone was so friendly and supportive, it was such a great learning environment! We started with some floor stretches and a warm--up on the lyra before getting into the moves and combining them for an optional video at the end of class. Some of the moves felt a little awkward/confusing at first, but Shelbee gave us hands-on adjustments and walked us through each step. I thought she explained and demonstrated things in a way that was relatively easy to understand. The atmosphere and music was also very relaxing. I thought this would be a once-off thing for me before class started, but now I'm really looking forward to the next class!
