It was tiring but very fulfilling to see the results at the end of the class!! I enjoy choreo classes but I also greatly appreciate that Saddle Row offers a cycling class that focuses on your leg power, endurance, and strength. Most studios use a light resistance for 45-60 mins classew so this type of class was an excellent addition to my workout routine. Sustaining a heavier resistance (today’s class was 60 mins) will definitely help me do better in my other classes. Ed’s playlist was perfect to match the beat to the rpm needed! The staff were very kind to show me how to use the lockers and set up my bike. The studio was clean and amenities were great! Will come back again!
