The room was super cold also + v clean which I appreciate (although I was freezingggg). T. Fechie was v hands on even on the warm up and stretching exercises. She made sure that everyone was warmed up well. As for the routine, it was v beginner friendly. She taught the basics and did the flow step by step. I do wish tho that I got a different routine since I’ve been practicing a bit longer (would like a challenge). Nonetheless, a very good experience wt this studio! Will definitely be back :)

The temperature is great, wipes, alcohol, and Dry Hands grip were also provided (note that Monkey Hands and itac are not allowed). Just remember to bring water and face towel! Great session for first timers, the instructor makes it less intimidating. Just be prepared to sweat!! Will consider enrolling here once I settle in.
