Both the flow and yin classes were well-sequenced and executed mindfully. Studio might need some deeper cleaning and maintenance as the mats are worn and sticky, might be due to the product used for cleaning and floors are not so clean due to cat fur and dust

see all reviewsMandi is kind and welcoming. I enjoyed the session. At the start I could hear some noise from the restaurants at level 1 which is common for studios located in shophouses. However, very soon the sound bath brought my focus back and the background noise became distant. The blankets provided are very soft and comfortable too. Appreciate Mandi preparing warm water for all after the session and staying around to answer queries.

Class is very systematically taught and various options are given to suit various levels (so if you're stronger you can level up and vice versa). The instructor Laval is very encouraging and knowledgeable. He generously shared a lot of tips, like for example, when doing pushups, he taught us which muscles to engage and how engaging different muscles will train different parts of the body (Cali classes are conducted at level 4).
