I miss it desperately and when I found out they were opening a studio in my hometown I was thrilled. Fast forward 7 years and I finally made it over! Kelly was awesome and really took the time to explain things (there were several first timers in the class). The front desk staff was wonderful too. Love the playlists and pace of these classes - no time to focus on how hard it is!

see all reviewsThe instructor was AMAZING! She was upbeat and motivational! The class itself was great! Love the alternating between the tread and strength training. The studio manager/co-owner was there and spoke to me before the class and very pleasant. When I was leaving they gave me a handwritten note with a feee class. Seriously cannot say enough nice things about this studio and staff!!!
