I didn’t catch the lady at the front desk, but she showed me around and introduced me to the instructor as well which made me feel so welcomed! I will say the classes are pretty intense. I do work out daily, but don’t worry the lights are off so nobody will see you crying lol. Such a fun environment and I definitely will be coming back!

The spin studio is located within a yoga studio (address posted on ClassPass is correct for that), and Shannon quickly helped locate it when I called. The spin class is structured differently from the typical spin class, with instruction focused on a heart rate based style of class that encouraged riders to stay within heart rate zones as part of a game (rather than traditional methods of instructions about rpm and resistance). Shannon encouraged riders throughout the class and engaged the new riders as well!
